Desert Land Dragon

This fun little guy was just for inspiration, but I've always loved desert-type dragons. Now, in my books, dragons are four-legged, two-winged reptilian-mammals, and drakes are two-legged, two-winged. This particular dragon is one of only three non-winged species of dragon in my novels. It is called a terrestrial drake, that is to say, four-legged, bare-winged, or no-winged. This particular drake lives in the driest desert on my main continent, and can survive for months without water. They are large and are commonly used for hauling wagons through deep sand dunes. They are also used for protection, as very few natural (and otherwise unnatural) predators dare take on this spiny creature.
